Emerging stars Bandido & Damage take on a HB Freestyle

If you have been keeping up with Season 3 of HB Freestyles – you would have noticed that the last 2 releases have been back-to-backs. The streak continues as Joey Clipstar rises two up-and-coming artists Bandido and Damage to the platform to show us their Hardest Bars.

In the HB booth (which is lit up with a green aura this time), the pair take turns on a bouncy drill instrumental, delivering their verses with conviction from start to finish.

Bandido and Damage have been making waves within the music scene recently by being acknowledged for their outlandish bars and hard-hitting flows. It is no different in this freestyle as the pair illustrate their ability to diligently combine both of their original sounds together, whilst showcasing their deviant lyricism.

Recognised mainly for the drill songs they have released both singularly, as a duo and with features, favourites such as ‘Drop That’ have landed the pair 215K views in just 3 months. Other releases such as ‘We Run This Town’ (also accumulating over 230K views) have contributed towards the buzz that has been created around their names for the past few months.

Speaking exclusively with Hardest Bars, Damage tells the team “I grew up on Channel U/AKA and I watched a video of Ghetts, and it inspired me to write my first 8 bar. Started going to youth clubs when I was younger too where we got videos of me on YouTube, 7 years old rapping which has 60K views all now”.

Bandido adds “I’ve just always loved the art of music and had a passion for it, that’s why I started making my own
